1) AT CHECK-IN
Submit the identification documents of all guests, adults and children, who have booked in the Hotel or Residence;
For online bookings, with credit card as guarantee, the balance of the stay may be requested at check-in.
Guests who have booked through agencies, tour operators or online booking sites must submit the voucher (paper or digital) certifying the booking of their stay.
2) DELIVERY OF ROOMS OR APARTMENTS:
CHECK-IN: from 3.30 pm
CHECK-OUT: by 12.00
A penalty will be applied if the accommodation is vacated after the scheduled CHECK-OUT time.
3) CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation of the stay:
Up to 5 days before arrival, cancellation is free for standard bookings.
The full amount of the reservation will then be charged.
4) EARLY DEPARTURE:
The guest who leaves early will have to pay a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining amount of the stay.
5) CANCELLATION AND RECONFIRMATION:
If the cancellation is replaced by a new booking on another date for the current season, no penalty will be applied.
6) PETS:
Pets are not allowed in the rooms of the property.
Furthermore, animals are not even allowed to circulate in the common areas inside the structure
7) PAYMENTS:
Payments are accepted with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat, Union pay.
Cash payments with Euro currency are accepted for amounts not exceeding Euro 999, according to the latest provisions of the law.
8) DISCOUNT FOR SERVICES NOT ENJOYED:
In the event of a lack of services due to accidental causes, the structure will deduct the amount of the stay based on the extent of the disruption.
9) COMPETENT COURT
For any dispute the competent court is that of Palermo.
For any dispute that may arise regarding the contents and translations into other languages of the texts on this website, the manager and/or the owner certifies that the text in Italian is the incontestable one.
